The team Market Performance Management Overseas is responsible for the effective and sustainable development and growth of Mercedes-Benz Mobility AG (MBM) portfolio, and hence sales, within the region Overseas. We spearhead
new revenue generation and capitalize on untapped markets, new products and business models putting best customer experience in the center of our decision in order to catalyze loyalty and growth.

Your interest in Overseas markets understanding of Automotive Financial Services business and sales business paired with the willingness to support shaping our further development in key Mercedes-Benz markets will provide the basis for your thesis.

These are some of the challenges you will face:

• Identify and compare premium vs general market players and their offering in selected Asian Financial Services markets
• Identification and evaluation of relevant market trends in automotive financial services & mobility services
• Definition of customer journeys of relevant market players and identification of relevant trends and their expected impacts (e.g. digitization, regulations and more)

The final topic will be determined in consultation with the university, you and us.

• You are a student of Master in Economics/ Marketing/ Management/ Finance or comparable field of study
• You are passionate about what you do and you have excellent English skills
• You have experience in writing texts and content creation
• You have advanced skills in MS Office applications; especially you know how to prepare meaningful analysis and presentations for management level
• You are a team player and engaged with high level of integrity and interpersonal skills
• You are self-driven and motivated for working in international environment
• Ideally, you are experienced in financial services, automotive or similar field
