Für die Unterstützung unserer Prozessingenieurinnen und Prozessingenieure in der Produktion suchen wir ab sofort engagierte Werkstudierende. Dich erwarten spannende Einblicke in moderne Beschichtungsprozesse sowie die Möglichkeit, eigene Ideen aktiv einzubringen und umzusetzen.

Zu deinen Aufgaben gehören unter anderem:

• Unterstützung bei der Analyse, Optimierung und Weiterentwicklung von Produktionsprozessen im Bereich der Extrusions- und Lösungsmittelbeschichtung
• Eigenständige Bearbeitung von Teilprojekten zur Steigerung von Qualität, Produktivität und Anlageneffizienz
• Mitarbeit in bereichsübergreifenden Projekten zur Kostenoptimierung und kontinuierlichen Verbesserung
• Analyse und Auswertung von Produktions-, Qualitäts- und Prozessdaten aus Maschinen- und SAP-Systemen
• Entwicklung und Automatisierung von Datenanalysen, Berichten und Dashboards (z. B. mit Excel, VBA oder Python)
• Unterstützung bei der Einführung und Weiterentwicklung von Lean-Management-Methoden und Standards
• Durchführung von Versuchen sowie Auswertung und Dokumentation der Ergebnisse
• Erstellung von Präsentationen, Auswertungen und Entscheidungsvorlagen für technische Fragestellungen
• Mitarbeit bei Digitalisierungs- und Automatisierungsprojekten im Produktionsumfeld

• Laufendes Studium der Verfahrens-, Produktions-, Chemie- oder Maschinenbautechnik, des Wirtschaftsingenieurwesens oder eines vergleichbaren technischen Studiengangs
• Gültige Immatrikulationsbescheinigung
• Interesse an Produktionsprozessen, Prozessoptimierung und technischer Problemlösung im industriellen Umfeld
• Analytische und strukturierte Arbeitsweise sowie eine hohe Eigeninitiative
• Selbstständige, verantwortungsbewusste und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
• Ausgeprägte Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit
• Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office, insbesondere Excel
• Idealerweise erste Kenntnisse in der Datenanalyse und Automatisierung (z. B. VBA, Python, Power BI oder vergleichbare Tools)
• Interesse an Lean Management, Continuous Improvement und digitalen Lösungen in der Produktion
• Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse sowie gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
